We are accepting new clients with insurance through Optima, Magellan, United Behavioral Health, Optum, Cigna, Aetna, Lyra some Medicaid & Private Pay. We also accept Anthem BCBS and Care First through a secondary platform. We provide services for clients located in Virginia and North Carolina.

We provide in-person and online therapy to individuals, couples and families through a HIPPA secured platform. We accept private pay and most insurance. The best type of therapy to meet your needs will be determined during a consultation.
