Keisha Ross

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Mrs. Ross brings extensive experience working in diverse clinical settings, including outpatient mental health, rehabilitation hospitals, nursing facilities, public schools, and therapeutic day and after-school programs. Her background includes specialized work with individuals who have sustained brain injuries, using supportive, community-based approaches that promote healing and independence.

Mrs. Ross works compassionately with older adults navigating aging and long-term care decisions, caregivers experiencing burnout, young adults managing stress and life transitions, and individuals impacted by domestic violence and long-term trauma. She takes a warm, person-centered approach to therapy, helping clients process both past experiences and present challenges while building practical tools to move forward and achieve meaningful personal goals

Samantha Bowes

Masters of Social Worker/Supervisee in Social Work

Mrs. Bowes is a Social Work Supervisee currently working toward licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She brings experience from a variety of community-based settings, including behavioral support services, case management with a local community services board, the court system’s victim witness office, and work with individuals who have experienced brain injuries.

Mrs. Bowes is dedicated to helping clients navigate life transitions, build resilience, and find healing through a compassionate, strengths-based approach. She values creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free therapeutic space where clients feel heard and empowered. She is honored to partner with individuals on their journey toward growth, balance, and meaningful change.

Uranda Waller

Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Certified Clinical Trauma Professional 

Mrs. Waller's passion to help others developed at an early age. Mrs. Waller envisioned becoming a pediatrician and caring for the babies in the world. In observing her mother’s helping hand, "I realized that I wanted to help everyone reach their full potential." Mrs. Waller has worked in the mental health field over 15 years serving children, adolescents and adults in various communities to include community-based, school setting, residential setting, psycho-social rehabilitation, and psychotherapy.

Mrs. Waller strongly believes through Nurturing, Education and Wisdom, all clients can gain the skill set needed to become more independent and improve their overall functioning. Mrs. Waller believes it is imperative to meet individuals where they are, as well as ensure they are being treated with dignity and respect while receiving treatment. Mrs. Waller desire to support clients and other professionals in learning and/or improving areas that will be beneficial in the future.
