Uranda Waller
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Certified Clinical Trauma & Grief Professional
My passion to help others developed at an early age. I envisioned becoming a pediatrician and caring for the babies in the world. Watching my mother's helping hand, I realized that I wanted to help everyone reach their full potential.
I have worked in the mental health field for over 15 years, serving children, adolescents, and adults across community-based, school, residential, psychosocial rehabilitation, and psychotherapy settings. I have seen firsthand what becomes possible when people have the right support around them.
I strongly believe that through Nurturing, Education, and Wisdom, all clients can gain the skills needed to become more independent and improve their overall functioning. I believe it is essential to meet individuals where they are and to ensure they are treated with dignity and respect throughout their care. It is my desire to support clients and other professionals in learning and improving in ways that will serve them well into the future.
I work best with: Adults, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
Approaches I draw from: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based techniques, and strength-based therapy.

Keisha Ross
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Certified Clinical Trauma Professional
I came to this work because I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and understood, no matter what they're carrying or how long they've been carrying it.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with a Master's degree in Social Work from Simmons University in Boston, MA.
I have worked across a variety of settings including outpatient mental health, a rehabilitation hospital, nursing facilities, a public school, a therapeutic after-school program, and a therapeutic day program using a clubhouse model approach for individuals who have sustained brain injuries.
My areas of focus include older adults who may be facing the possibility of long-term care and their caregivers, young adults experiencing stress and managing life changes, and survivors of domestic violence. It is my desire to assist clients in working through long-term trauma as well as the day-to-day challenges that arise, using a compassionate, person-centered approach to help each person achieve their goals.
I work best with: Older adults, young adults, caregivers, and survivors of trauma or domestic violence.
Approaches I draw from: Person-centered therapy, trauma-informed care, attachment-based approaches, and somatic therapy.

Samantha Bowes
Masters of Social Worker
Supervisee in Social Work
I'm so glad you're here. Taking the first step toward support takes courage, and I don't take lightly the trust it requires to reach out. I have always had a passion for helping people navigate life's ups and downs. My experience includes working in the community as a behavior support specialist, as a case manager for a local community service board, in a court-based victim witness office, and with brain injury survivors. I am committed to supporting clients as they manage change, build resilience, and find healing.
I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Longwood University and my Master's from Capella University. I am currently a Social Work Supervisee based in Mecklenburg County, Virginia, working toward my LCSW.
As a therapist, I value creating a safe, judgment-free space where people can feel heard and supported. Outside of work, I am a wife and proud mom to five wonderful kids. I love traveling, watching baseball games, and taking on DIY projects around the house. I believe that real growth comes from genuine connection, and I am honored to walk alongside people on their journey.
I work best with: Adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, and major life changes.
Approaches I draw from: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strength-based therapy, trauma-informed care, and behavioral activation.
